I find the daily routine of considering what I am truly grateful for, big or small and the process of evening reflection keeps my ship steady. If I miss a day or two I notice that I am a little off. This is now the book I gift the most! (Credit to Mr Ferriss).

8 days in and I have accomplished taking my 5 minutes to do this every day. I am enjoying taking that time to reflect on things and opening my mind a little more each day. Just an idea - you should have a "1st edition" journal and when you get your next journal its the "2nd edition" (name can be worked on) the idea been you can reduce the information at the beginning going forward? You still have your tasks maybe but leave out the how to guide?
I was never into journaling but I really enjoy writing in my 5-minute journal. It helps me to focus on positive things in my life and to notice what I can improve in the future.
