Over the course of the last two weeks of a very chilly winter, I've found myself waking up with an excited expectation about my day.

I received my initial copy of the Five-minute journal as a gift from Andrew Argue, CPA as a student of his course. I loved it so much I purchased one from your website for my mom, she loves it too. Having a chronic illness I wake up every morning in pain and was spiraling into depression. Focusing first thing in the morning on positive things that I'm grateful for in my life has helped me to change my focus and be happier. I also love the prompts helping me to look back on amazing things that happened that day. The fact that it is short and not just a big blank page facing me helps me to stick with it. Like I said, it's perfect!
