At this time it is not specifically formatted for iPad, however this is something we are looking into. I am about half way through my first Five Minute Journal. I love the format in the morning of a one line quote, three things I am grateful for, three things that would make the day great and an affirmation to be completed. Then in the evening three amazing things and reflecting how the day could have been better. The brevity invites doing the practice of journaling. The simplicity opens the door to whatever arises. The power comes from a willingness to be surprised not only externally but internally as well. The Five Minute Journal has helped my discipline with meditation. It has brought new insights into myself. A magnificent bonus is the daily emails during the first weeks followed by a weekly email that so far has never failed to intrigue me on at least one subject. A definite grand slam home run.

Difficult to get started
I was hoping for something stress free to get me started on my day... this is actually quite difficult to follow all the directions and I still haven't started it due to lack of time. I really wanted it to be 5 minutes. It's not. :(
