What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments.

European Union Value Added Tax (VAT)

Please note that Intelligent Change charges a 20% VAT on all orders shipped to a country within the European Union (EU). These collected taxes are mandated by the Dutch government and Intelligent Change in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the government.

Australia Goods and Services Taxes (GST)

Please note that Intelligent Change charges a 10% GST on all orders shipped to Australia. These collected taxes are mandated by the Australian government and Intelligent Change in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the government.

Why was I charged customs and duties?

All international orders (outside of the United States) can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc., upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Intelligent Change Inc. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.​

Why was I charged an International Transaction Fee?

As we are a Canadian company and if you are a resident outside of Canada, your financial institution may charge you an International Transaction Fee, which is a small percentage of the sale, to make purchases outside of your country. This fee is not charged by Intelligent Change and if you wish to dispute this charge, please kindly contact your bank for more information.

Payment Security

Card information is not stored in our systems and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.

We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by the same level of security as used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. During this process, your data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping and Billing Verification

Kindly ensure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. If you are having issues with your payment going through, please check to verify that your card does not have any international blocks on it. Keep in mind that we are a Canadian company and some credit card issuers may block transactions outside of your country.

Bulk Orders

If you wish to make a bulk order purchase, we are happy to share that we do offer bulk order discount pricing. If you purchase 10+ quantities, you are eligible to receive 25% off our order, and if you purchase 60+ quantities (in increments of 60), you are eligible to receive 35% off your order.

    Return Policy

    What is your return/exchange policy?

    Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on orders within 30 days of purchase.

    Please email hello@intelligentchange.com to initiate your return. Please kindly include your order number, which product(s) you are looking to return, the reason for the return, and whether or not they have been used. Return shipping labels provided by our customer service team will assist in expediting the shipping, and refund process. If you returned any products prior to contacting us, we cannot guarantee that they will be accepted back by our warehouse without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) label.

    Will my shipping costs be refunded?

    The original shipping costs will not be included in your refund. However, for US residents, we will be happy to offer you a prepaid return shipping label for your returned order.
