*Products eligible for the 6-month money-back promise include all of our tools. Tools are all journals, planners, affirmations, and games. The 6-month money-back promise does not apply to the candle, face oil, or accessories (pen, pen holder clip, hourglass, display stand, and tote bags).


Return & Exchange Policy 

We're pleased to offer a 30-day return and exchange window, starting from the date you received your item(s). The item(s) must be in unused and new condition.

To initiate a return, please kindly reach out to hello@intelligentchange.com, along with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Your feedback is always appreciated and heard.

Refunds

Once the return tracking shows that the item(s) are on their way, we'll be happy to process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution and to reflect in your account. As our prices are based on the exchange rate of the USD currency, the refund amount may be slightly different from what you paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Received
