Worldwide Shipping

We’re delighted to offer worldwide* shipping from one of our three fulfillment centers located in the USA, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Express shipping options are available at checkout for your convenience.

Please refer to the full list of countries that we do not ship to at this time, at the bottom of the page. We’re actively working to expand our shipping options to these countries in the future.


Free Shipping Eligibility

Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders between $85–$500, U.K. orders between £55–£500, and EU orders between €55–€500. Orders shipped with Free Shipping will be sent using an economy carrier.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed shortly after checkout and generally ship within a few hours up to 48 hours of purchase. Bulk orders of 40 or more units require 3–4 business days for order processing.

During high-demand periods—such as major sales or holiday seasons—processing times may extend up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Providing incorrect or incomplete address details may delay processing by 1–2 business days. To avoid any issues, kindly double-check your shipping and billing information before completing your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your order closely. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

    Canada Post Strike

    The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is currently operating on a rotating strike schedule. Canada Post will accept, process and deliver in unaffected areas; however, please note that delays may be expected.

    Import Duties & Taxes 

    Taxes and duties differ by region. Please refer to your location below for specific tax and duty information:

    United States

    Intelligent Change charges a sales tax for all US orders. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments. Intelligent Change in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.

    United Kingdom

    Orders being shipped to the UK (from our UK warehouse) will have a 20% VAT included in the price. These collected taxes are mandated by the UK government. Intelligent Change in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected by the UK government.

    Europe

    With our Netherlands warehouse, any orders being shipped to a country in the European Union should not incur any added fees for customs and duties at the time of delivery.

    Canada, Mexico, Asia & Other International Countries

    As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Intelligent Change.

     

    Address Accuracy & Changes

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

    If you need to correct or update your address, please contact us right away at hello@intelligentchange.com. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed, as we work to ship orders as quickly as possible.
