We Ship Worldwide!

We are excited to share that Intelligent Change ships worldwide*. We ship from our warehouse in the USA, located in Colombus, OH.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped by 2pm (Eastern Time) Monday to Friday.

Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or email us at hello@intelligentchange.com. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Should inaccurate or incomplete addresses information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

    USA Shipping Options:
    Overnight (Next Business Day)
    Express (2 Business Days)
    Standard (5-7 Business Days)

    International Shipping Options:
    International Express (3-5 Business Days)
    International Standard (7-21 Business Days)

    Please note that specific carriers cannot be selected.


    *US Territories: Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery

    Military Mail: Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery

    PO Boxes: Only able to be shipped to by select standard shipping services. Not available with express shipping.

     

    How Can I Change My Order?

    If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact hello@intelligentchange.com as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.

    I Didn’t Receive my Package

    If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact hello@intelligentchange.com for further assistance.
