Please note, certain countries may experience slow-shipping times of 4-8 weeks. These include; Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Russia and Dubai.
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do not ship orders the same day. (For example, if you place your order on Friday, it will likely ship on Monday or Tuesday the following week).
A confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent once your order has processed, and shipped, to the email address provided at checkout. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier service for more information. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order, so please contact us after the estimated delivery time frame.

Tracking: Please note that if you select Australia Post Air Mail as your preferred shipping method, your confirmation email will not include a tracking link or accompanied tracking information.
If you are comfortable selecting this shipping method, please note that your tracking number will provide you with the following error message if attempted to track, “Sorry, UHXXXXXXXXXAU is not trackable.” This error message indicates that you have selected an international service that does not include tracking as a standard feature. However, if your order is sent using this service, a signature will be obtained when the item is delivered.

How Can I Change My Order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters their shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small opportunity to cancel/change your order and shipping details. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf.
