Orders are processed and shipped by 2pm (Eastern Time) Monday to Friday.
Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. How Can I Change My Order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.
I Didn’t Receive my Package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
