It really changed my mornings for the better. I used to always wake up last minute and start my day feeling off! Now I have some me time in the morning before showing up to the world! I can feel calmer and my family even have already noticed it. Certainly feeling more grateful and appreciative. Reflecting on my day before bedtime always puts a smile on my face. I am using it almost a month and didn't miss a day. It really is a toothbrush for the mind.

Happy with my purchase. I found setting my 3 goals for the day almost set the scene and intention for the day and i subconsciouly aim to achieve that meaning i have more fulfiling days. Also the night time routine helps me reflect on my day and appreciate all the good stuff that happens.
