This is my 2nd Five Minute Journal!
I have been using the Five minute journal for over a year now and I purchased my second journal! In the beginning it took sometime for me to make it into a habit - to use every morning and every night (I would sometimes slack at night) and now its routine. I find myself throughout the day noticing more grateful moments and reminding myself that moment has to make it in the journal tonight! Reminding myself of these good moments helps me start and end my day with a positive attitude. It's also nice to look back at all the good moments I have had in my life for those times when I don't think I have any.
