Game Changer even for "older" folks

I thought I was too old to "get happy" I have been using the beautiful ( I love the tactile texture of the journal ) 5 Minute Journal for 2 weeks now. I was never a "journal" person but always wanted to be. Well I am now! I find I have been happier ever day since I started and sleep sweeter ever night with good thoughts. Who would have thought this "old dog" could learn a new trick so easily. Thank you for coming into my life!!
