I've been waiting to write a review on this journal in order to leave a thorough and genuine review. I've been using The Five Minute Journal for over a year now and I'm currently finishing up my second one. The reason why I bought this journal was because I was experiencing a large obstacle in my life due to my ambitions and aspirations being put on hold. I found myself in a slump for about a month and was waking up some days feeling deeply sad and lost. I'm not sure how I knew about this journal but the thought of it was always at the back of my mind. I finally made my first purchase and ensured that I would stay committed to filling it out twice per day. Over time, I found myself waking up happier and understanding my true purpose to persevere and not give up on my dreams. I'm more grateful for the little things that I have the privilege of having in my life and for the difficult times as they help me reflect on the good that comes out of them. I believe that I am a stronger and more optimistic individual than I was before because if this journal guiding me to a better mindset on life.

I absolutely love the Five minute journal. For the longest time, I have valued my days entirely on how ‘productive’ they are, with most of the emphasis on how did I absolutely maximise my time. In my eyes, I always fell short as there is always more that could be done. The Five-minute journal truly changed that for me. I am able to reflect on my day whilst being gently guided to how amazing it was. I cannot stress how much of an impact this book has had on my life. $25 to be happy AND achieve all that I want in life? The easiest money I’ve spent this decade.
