We are excited to share that Intelligent Change ships worldwide*. We ship from one warehouse in the USA, located in Bay Shore, NY.


Processing Time

All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time, regardless of the shipping option selected. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or email us at Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Should inaccurate or incomplete addresses information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

                UPS Mail Innovations 

                UPS Mail Innovations is a dynamic delivery service between two or more carriers resulting in a reliable and cost-effective shipping service for low weight orders.  

                For orders shipped to US addresses, USPS will be responsible for making the final delivery of your package. For international shipments, your local carrier will make the final delivery. 

                In some cases, the tracking may stop working during courier transfers. In this case, please do not worry as it’s been known to happen. Please expect the delivery to be made in the estimated time frame.


                How Can I Change My Order?

                If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.


                I Didn’t Receive my Package

                If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact for further assistance.
