The First Edition of Notes to Mindfulness was previously titled Notes to Self. This new edition has a new name, yet the same format.

The biggest change:

The pages of Notes to Mindfulness are bound with a cotton thread.

In the first version—in our desire to make the journal plastic free—we used an eco glue. We found that some journals would unpredictably have pages falling out so it was our #1 priority to make sure this next edition did not have this issue.
