I have struggled lifelong at journaling, writing consistently, or tracking my intentions daily. And, by this I mean, I've got MANY papers I write things on, but nothing that keeps them focused in one place, and nothing that has been a consistent walk through the important parts of why we journal for change. UNTIL... this awesome little book. I began this experience with myself May 6, 2021... a week after it arrived! I was ready to go when it landed on my door-step, and then I opened it and realized there was a bit of work to do before just jumping in. It's not a lot, but I did make a big difference. EVERY DAY! EVERY DAY! Every day I have completed this little precious 5 minutes of time focused on me. It keeps my intentions and prompts me to reflect back on them at the end of the day... and what is happening in this MONTH-ish since I've been intentional for 5 minutes out of my 1440 minutes of the day? I'm more present in my moments, I'm more on task on getting those targets for the day done, I'm more grateful for the little things, I'm more open to seeing the positive of the moment and not the negative, and I've been telling everyone about it! If you are like me and 'can't journal', 'don't do that', or say 'it's not for me'... but you really want to start, THIS is the start you are looking for!! THANK YOU IC for this little bit of awesome!

I'm on my second one and it's a really great tool to be grateful, track great moments, and set intentions. I really enjoy reviewing my week with it. Its so quick. I've been enjoying my morning routine of filling it in before going to work.
