I have still not received this item. It was ordered over a month ago!
By now I've completed several 6-month periods with the 5 minute journal and continue to find it very helpful. Beginning each day with gratitude and closing each evening reflecting on the day and what I could have done better are very useful practices for staying focused and incrementally improving. I even gave a copy of the journal to a young friend to help her on her own journey. I highly recommend.

After a few weeks now of using the Five Minute Journal every day, I have noticed that my overall mindset and outlook on daily life has changed. I have more gratitude and appreciation for the things in my life, big and small. I also enjoy the daily quotes and weekly challenges; its a nice little thing to look forward to in the morning.
