I recently started to not only thinking about doing things that will help me grow and increase my happiness, but also achieving them as well. I started doing meditation every day and I started Yoga class. This journal goes well with all the great things I do for myself, and now I cannot spend a day without writing down things that I am grateful for. Thank you so much for this great tool for the mind, I am grateful for my 5 minutes journal every day.

I have been using the Five Minute Journal every morning for at least 6 months. I have seen a change in how I run my day and a more positive outlook on life. I love personal growth products and experiences and this is one of them!
the 5 minute journal literally only takes 5 minutes. Pretty hard to find excuses NOT to use it, although I have missed one night, and one morning due to going to bed WAY to late and waking up LATE! I really like that after a while its a bit of a challenge to think of what your grateful for, it really gets you thinking. I am also someone who can be a little skeptical about affirmations but since this is so easy and I can just "get it over with", I do it, because I really DO want to see what results I get from them :)
